Lectures from NPPC for general public –  students, professionals and producers.

The lecture will present innovative technological procedures in farm food production and will present prototypes of fermented herb macerates (elderberry macerate), vinegar fermentation of grape marc (wine-grape vinegar) and the use of counter current extraction and condensation of grape marc extracts (wine-grape honey), which were developed at Biocenter of Research Institute of Food National Agricultural and Food Centre NPPC within the project.
